At STUDIO MUI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
